AUSJAVA is a premium Indonesian lifestyle house. We began with a single conviction: that the finest ingredients on earth grow on the Indonesian archipelago, and that they deserve to be presented with the same care as a fine fragrance or a great wine. House of Vanilla is our first signature collection — the first of many.

The growers
The People

Grown by hand, by name.

We do not buy from auctions or brokers. We buy from families — the growers who pollinate each orchid flower at dawn, who read the weather to know when to cure, who have tended the same slopes for generations. Working directly means they earn more, and we taste the difference in every pod.

The Craft

Patience is the recipe.

Great vanilla cannot be hurried. Pods are cured over weeks — warmed by sun, wrapped by night — until they darken and turn supple. Palm sugar is reduced over wood fire in wide woks. Everything is done in small batches, tasted, graded, and packed by hand. Slowness is not a constraint. It is the point.
